DELIVERY & RETURNS

Our delivery system is simple .... We use Royal Mail to deliver all our parcels. We send all our parcels 2nd Class post (Tracked 48 to be precise) and we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days.
On receipt of your order if delivery is expected to exceed the 2 working days, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.
At the moment we only post within the United Kingdom.
Delivery to Mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is just £2.99!
We also offer a 1st Class service too (in case you want your goods a little quicker) for just £3.99.
And did you know that our Tracked 48 delivery is FREE when you spend £50 or more (Tracked 24 delivery is FREE when you spend £75 or more).
Upon checkout, we ask for either a phone number & email address. This is in order to send you your sales receipt and delivery details. A tracking number will be sent to you with each order and Royal Mail will update your delivery process via the email address or phone number you provide.
Just select your chosen delivery method at the checkout.

Although we are sure you will be highly delighted with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
You must notify us via email - elbrusanddenali@gmail.com to confirm your wish to return the goods.
All goods must be returned unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (as new).
Unfortunately, due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty.
Please enclose the buyers’ full name and address with the return and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting, as no responsibility will be taken for goods not received.
Goods must be received by us within 14 days of acceptance of your return. Any goods received after this time will not be accepted.
If you are returning goods that have been ordered in error (eg. wrong size, colour or design etc) and wish to order a replacement, a postage charge will apply. We also take no responsibility for return postage costs in this instance.
No returns will be accepted for custom made orders unless there is an error on our behalf!
All return postage costs must be paid for by the buyer, unless the item is faulty.
